Life has a way of stopping us in our tracks sometimes gently, sometimes with a jolt we didn’t see coming. When our plans don’t line up with God’s timing, it’s tempting to give in to frustration or feel like we’ve lost it all. But even in the pause, He is shaping us for a purpose only we can fulfill. This is my reminder to keep going, even when the world feels heavy, and to never stop using the gifts He’s placed inside you.

I’ve given up my spot in line more times than I can count. I’ve watched the proud climb while I waited. But my soul? It’s still mine. And even when my home crumbled and my strength faded, I remembered I’m not home yet. This world is not my reward. My spirit belongs to the Lord.
